What is the size of the file ?
I ever had a problem like that.
If the file is quite big, you must ensure that your phone memory is still nearly empty.
I have N3660 and phone memory about 2 MB but I try to install software like pdf reader which is 1.5 MB, I found errors "Memory low, delete some data" Maybe you should delete some data on your phone memory or move it to your MMC first.

N3650 have too little RAM about 2 - 3 MB free.
Every times N3650 install app with file installation about 1 MB or more , then the message will showing. Dont warry about that , after the message show , delete that message file , and run ur app MANAGER , at MANAGER find the installation file that allready store on folder installation temp (u can find it with phone icon mark , and the name is QuickOffice) , after u find it choose install app. And app will be install with no more problem , unless that app not support ur phone.

    Note :
This situation can be happen too at N-GAGE , N3660 , N-GAGE QD. Why ? Becouse that phone type have different way to install new app (not like N6600 , N7610). Every times u install app , phone system copy that file installation to system temp folder at phone RAM. And when app installation run , ur RAM not enough memory to open app installation, and message show "Not Enough Memory To Install". That all mean : Phone need free RAM to install app from message file is "Size Of File Message + Size Of Installation File + Memory Need To Run App INSTALLATION".

can you explain this in more "new the whole mobile scene" language please. i have the .sis and .app files for quickoffice. im using a 3650 and trying to install the application from seleQ. I saved the files from my computer to MMC using a card reader so they are saved to the card.

    thanks in advance
