Tejreal, first extract your cer and key file in any one folder. install free signer application I have provided you. Now in free signer, go to setting. go to sign cert and give your cer path and next key path and leave the passwod as it is. go back and now select any unsigned application and add to sign and press go! install that signed application which will be named as _signed.sisx.

Ujju9 and Smoothlove your cer and key are ready so download it from here. Hit thanks and or nominate if you think I am doing useful thing as hacking the phone will open a gate for virus, in such a case this cer and key will allow you to sign an application.
