saved game lost... i need help...

it happened to me twice already. the first one is on the game "Skate and Slam". after it hanged when i played it, i restarted my phone(n6600), and play this game again. but unfortunately, my saved game was lost...
and the other one is on the game "Carmageddon 3d". it hanged also one time when i played it. and i did again the process(restart,play). and then my saved game was lost.

i just wanna ask what is the reason behind this? and is there a file w/c i can browse in the fexplorer that is a saved game file of a certain game?
so that i can back-up it if ever it will happen again.

because i'm afraid that my saved game in Asphalt Urban GT 2 will be lost also... coz it's hard for me to earn money in this game, because of the cops (damn cops!)... but still i love this game.

Ever try to backup your most beloved save game? I did, altough it makes no benefits if my card was broken
