why would you want to do that?

you only need a copy of itunes installed on your computer. you can add an unlimited number of iphones/ipods to it. itunes is not restricted to managing only 1 iphone...

the iphone hardware was designed in such a way that it is impossible to record calls (both incoming and outgoing), like we would do on say a nokia phone.
