help me the watchtone studio pls ppl.. its not creatin watchtones.. only showin an error msg.. pls help..

its a cool software.. avi files do work in watchtone.. but then wenever i try to make a watchtone it displays "tried to access a nil object".. even wit mpg files the same msg is displayed.. pls help...

watchtone studio on my pc doesnt work.. wenever i load the video there is no video as well no audio.. i have all the necessary requirements but stil it doesnt work..

the watchtones start after 2 or 3 normal rings.. is there anyway wher it starts immediately as the call comes..
