help me with my 7210 supernova...

there're about 9000 msgs in my inbox..n ma phone hangs very frequently.. pls help me..!

i had given it to nokia centre..n they formatted the phone..
but still..the msgs havent been cleared from my inbox.. it still shows 9000 msgs..!

ma phone's firmware is v 04.86 ... if i update ma phone's software to v 07.23 , will i b able to solve all my probs..? n wat if my phone hangs in d middle of d updating process..?

ensure you backup your contacts/calendar before updating the firmware.give it a try
