you can use a usb card reader. Put in your PC, then copy all .prc files to folder:
palm\launcher

How acissej say, when you insert the Sd card in palm, the card will be read.

in my opinion, the best video converter is the "Pocket divx encoder" - google him

1) open the video file
2) rename the output video (if you wish)
3) Set the video and audio compress (you can put 4 to audio rate)
4) convert then
5) copy to SD card (use card export, drive mode, usb card reader, etc)
6) Enjoy in tcpmp
