    unable to unlock my iphone

Hey, I have jailbroken iphone that is working fine with at&t. I have installed cydia and nothing else.
    It is using 3.1.3 currently.
Now I want to unlock it and I am not able to do so.
I have tried through blackra1n but somehow i am not able to install it.
I am not able to restore is either.

Can anyone help me with this, because I want my iphone to work on airtel in india.
