    Weight lose is not difficult. With regular exercise and diet we can lose weight easily. Try to do walk daily and eat less quantity food. Eat fruits and vegetables only.

    Avoid all kind of junk/fast and oily food first.Because these are the main reasons for weight gaining and fat in our body.Try to eat healthy like vegetables,fruits,beans,must breakfast don't ever skip it and drink more and more water during day.Also do some physical stuff like exercises,yoga,running etc with this diet program.

    of the body weight.Different people use the different tips for keep maintain
    of the body weight...Some other tips for the weight loss...
    Exercise work
    Swimming
    Cycling
    Vegetarian foods
    Drnk water...

    I have lost more than 50 pounds in 5 months.
    My journey from a dumb fat ass to a healthy girl body was just superb.I went to gym twice everyday and ate healthy boiled foods most of the time.
    This is the best practice anyone can do to lose weight quickly.

    Going to gym,practicing yoga,exercises,running, walking , taking home made food,controlling intake of junk food following good diet are the most things I observed to burn fat.
