what is a difference between signed and unsigned application

kindly explain a difference of signed and un signed application...........

is it ♥♥♥♥♥ or serial enough to make application fully functional

If i m not wrong.......

The application's authorize certificate and its serial or reg code is well enough for making it fully functional

and for signed app.....you have the legal version of it.....
