The capital city of Turkey is Ankara, but the historic capital İstanbul remains the financial, economic and cultural centre of the country. its where my roots are... my fore-fathers were Turks before they moved to India (Hyderabad)

Also, Turkey shares a lot of interests & cuture with the erstwhile Princely state of Hyderabad.

The Nizam of Hyderabad, who was the richest man in the world in the 40's & 50's is now living in Turkey.
