I'm 17. I'm 5'6 and I weigh about 135 I think. I want to get down to about 120 because I think that's a good weight for being 5'6. I don't want to do this within a week, I want to get thinner and be healthy. I already eat very healthy because I'm part of a very health-conscious family. I eat proper meals and everything, but I want to have a good exercise plan. I want to get down to 120 by the middle of March so that I can feel great for Spring. I have about 8 weeks and I've heard that the healthy amount to lose is no more than two pounds a week, so that's what I'm aiming for. What's the proper amount of exercise to accomplish this? I'm a member at a gym so I have access to exercising equipment and everything. How many times a week should I exercise, and how much cardio should I do? I'd also like to know how much other stuff I should do like sit ups. If you're a trainer or know a lot about fitness, please let me know what will be good for me! Thanks so much.
