Comment: To someone who wants to look at a company's financial performance internally, Managerial Accounting book is an excellent fit. It's all about costs and how to make right decisions accordingly such as how to implement ABC system, should I get out of business, or close a line of product, how to expand producing capacities?... those questions are easily found in this valuable book. Beside there are several pratical and helpful exercises, problems and case studies at the end of each chapter that shed more light on mentioned theories. Customer Rating: Summary: International Edition Comment: The book seems fine and is defiantly readable, but do NOT order the international edition like I did. The main content seems the same, but ALL the questions in the back are different, meaning I can't use this book for homework, studying with others, or comparing against the answers the professor gives us.
