If your like me, you don't want any ingredients that are 100% natural. Weleda Citrus Deodorant is a simple yet effective way to be a little less stinky under the arms. Its refreshing and uplifting citrus essential oils are delightful to the nose and my boyfriend can't stay away from me after I put it on. This is a deodorant made for people who naturally have moderete to light body odor. As excellent as this deodorant is it will not perform a miracle for you. If you eat poorly, your armpits are gonna stink. I prefer to buy these kinds of products at my local Co-op because you can usually talk to someone who's used the product. Weleda is the kind of company you can expect to not use any nasty ingredients and who is socially aware in their business practices. A+ product from an A+ company. Customer Rating: Summary: Finally! Comment: OK, I've used at least 15 different "natural" deodorants over the years searching for one that actually worked, but by the end of the day, I always had stinky armpits. The first day I tried this and was odor free at the end of the day, I was sure it was a fluke, but it has been so every day since-even the summer scorchers. Hurray! Plus, the scent is so lovely it is like aromatherapy. Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent! Comment: I've used this deodoriser throughout this summer and I have to tell you that it works! ..but not like an antiperspirant at all. You've got to apply this product few times a day..and therefore carry it in your bag. I've find that if I use about 5 squirts under each arm and let it dry, it last me about 3-5 hours then I have to reapply (and this was at the desert heat, in the summer!) I write this info down just for comarison purpuses; I usually sweat under my arms quet a bit without antiperspirant and this poroduct worked for me. Of course, it won't stop you from sweating since this is not an antiperspirant but a deodoriser and it does remove the odor from your sweat. So it does what it promises. I loved the scent, it has tangerine and other citrus in the liquid but the tangerine is the smell what standes out the most. Really pleasant! My only complaint is that, since I need about 4-5 squirts it goes fast. I've been using it for 2,5 months straight and I have less than half a bottle. So it's not as cheap as antiperspirants but then again it is a whole lot more healthier! Of course, now that the winter time is coming and it won't be so hot I might have to use less of it. On the whole, this is great stuff and I absolutely recommend Weleda citrus deodoriser to anybody. Customer Rating: Summary: Christmas in your armpits Comment: Well, my first amazon review and it's about deodorant. Could be worse, could be worse... I like this product but I've only used it once since receiving it and the day was not stressful. It's got a woodsy smell to it, not overpowering. I did sniff my armpits at work today and they smelled like nothing. We'll see how it performs when I sweat. So far, so good. I'm happy to be aluminum free and I find the scent quite endearing. Worth a try if you like sage scent (think woods and maybe turkeys).
