Summary: It's creatine. It's cheap. It works.
Comment: Creatine is probably one of the most if not THE most studied nutritional supplements for strength and exercise science. The bottom line is that it's a physiologically relevant molecule that aids in buffering the available amount of ATP, meaning it helps your body do work. If you supplement with creatine (or have a diet rich in foods that are good sources of creatine), you potentially have a better availability of work, without getting too into the biochemistry of it all. You can push one or two more reps before your muscles say, "I'm spent." And that's definitely an important thing in strength training, since being able to push harder at the gym translates to being able to push harder at your sport.
This brand of creatine is probably the best deal on Amazon, and since it's straight up creatine, you're not paying for filler. Add 5 grams to your pre-workout drink and take it away. Don't listen to the bottle's "load phase" recommendations. You'll just get a stomach ache AND run out of this product faster. You don't even need a high-sugar delivery system. You could mix it in water and you'll still get the creatine delivered to your muscles.
My pre-workout is 2-3 cups of green tea and a shake of whey+BCAA+creatine. Straightforward and effective. Enough said.

Summary: Okay for strength, but not size
Comment: This is the second creatine product I've tried. This one definitely gave me stamina to let me lift more reps. I didn't feel burnt out by the end of my work out so I could keep on going.
Compared to the other creatine I took in the past (Nutrex Volugrow) I didn't gain much size with this.

Summary: Good enough but doesn't mix well at all.
Comment: As stated in the title, its mixability is rough. I can stir and stir and stir and still have clumps of it stuck in my glass. It doesn't taste bad, but I wish it would mix better. Other than that, its Creatine and that's that.
