Comment: The Leatherman 42 bit assortment pack is a well built, sturdy, functional set of tools. I have used them several times now and they work wonderfully. Overall an excellent product, I would not have expected anything else from Leatherman. Customer Rating: Summary: Irony of Ironies Comment: I love my Skeletool and my Bit Assortment. HOWEVER, ironically enough, the kit does not include a bit that allows you to remove the clip off of your Skeletool. Customer Rating: Summary: Missing sheath, Amazon is no help Comment: Amazon sold this item and failed to include the sheath. When contacted, they said they can't send out a partial order and to contact Leatherman to see if I could buy a separate sheath. Poor customer service and an utter failure to acknowledge their own mistakes makes Amazon a last choice for me anymore. I used to like shopping here, but it's become a hassle.
