Comment: I use this product in my concession business to make hot chocolate drinks. It is the fastest way that I have found to make the drinks and its saves me a lot of time from stiring with a spoon. If I can save time, then I am making more money by selling more drinks. I have tried other products but they do not preform as well as this brand and style. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Comment: This thing is great!!!! we just pour a little bit of milk into a glass and move it in a circular and upward motion, and wow! does it ever make a lot of foam. (I would like to state something I learned though: Cows milk and soy milk make wonderful foam... Rice milk does not foam at all; I tried.) My husband and I have really been impressing guests with the presentation of our coffee since we got this! I don't think i'll ever be wasting the money on the coffee house again!

Comment: Bought it specifically to mix hot cocoa in the morning hours. It was replacing one of another brand that died. I'm impressed with it's operation. It came with batteries. Does a quick job of mixing and cleans up very easily. It was shipped very quick.
