Summary: So far so good...!
Comment: I love how easy this tummy fiber is to use and incorporate into foods and recipes. I have been using it now for over 2 weeks and just started doubling my dose from the original "start dose" on the package. This is my first purchase/try of Acacia Tummy Fiber, but I ordered just the 1lb refill bag because it was cheaper than the canister. I just keep the opened bag sealed with a clip and in a ziploc bag. I try to use it every day. So far I haven't seen any major problems or felt any problems. I have been more regular than usual, too. I have suffered from IBS for almost 10 years now and I am very pleased by Heather's books, website, and now her tummy fiber, too. My usual symptoms are less severe also. I can't wait to see how things progress as I increase my dosage.

Summary: Helping me a LOT
Comment: I've stopped using a couple of prescription drugs (in consultation with my doctor) by following a careful regimen that includes this Acacia fiber product.
Tasteless, mixes well, I add about 200 mg to yogurt in the morning with a dab of fruit juice on top. That's kept me going for three weeks, a great improvement so far.

Comment: Sorry for the three-star rating, I couldn't post without stars even though I haven't used this yet. I appreciate all the reviews for this product. You have helped encourage me to try it. Citrucel was recommended to me but has too many calories from sugar, or is loaded with artificial sweeteners/flavorings/colorings. If I take 2 servings of a 60 calorie supplement, I've already consumed 10% of my daily calorie allowance! Not acceptable! Not to mention it is insoluble fiber and I want to use soluble.
To answer the one negative review, I calculated the cost per teaspoon of Heather's Tummy fiber versus the Fibersure (using the Amazon price PLUS shipping). The fibersure may look cheaper because it is in smaller containers, but the price per dose is actually better on the Tummy fiber. Tummy Fiber calculated to .11 (USD) per dose, Fibersure calculates to .32 (USD) per dose (rounded to the nearest penny).
I will write a real review once I've tried it.

Summary: didn't work for me
Comment: I had high hopes for this product but it didn't help me, just caused the same painful bloating as all the other fibers I have tried in the past. I won't be using it again.

Summary: Miracle Product
Comment: I've been using this product for many months. My IBS-C is so much better! Taking Tummy Fiber doesn't make me nauseated like the medication my G.I. doctor prescribed for constipation. All my other symptoms of IBS are also better. I can't say enough great things about this product!
