Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: great product, not so great timing Comment: I loved the parachute (actually two - one large and one small) and my kids were extremely excited to get it. However, I ordered this item in PLENTY of time to receive it by christmas (ordered Dec 11), but did not receive it until almost a week AFTER christmas, nearly 3 weeks later. It was supposed to ship within a day or two of ordering (the ad claimed it was 'in stock'), but didn't. I didn't keep the box, but I seem to recall the date the shipping label was printed was something like Dec 22, over 10 days after the order date! That is unacceptable. The product was fine and in excellent shape, and I would highly recommend teh product, but if you are ordering for a specific date, make sure to give yourself at least a MONTH of lead time. Customer Rating: Summary: New canopy Comment: I was so tired of my Gazebo tops ripping and costing over $125.00 to replace,that I thought parachute this summer. I purchased the 10 footer just to see if it may work and low and behold , it is the greatest. We have had 3 major wind storms and not a rip or tear anywhere. The description was extremely accurate and I will be purhasing another ,but the white if they carry in the extra durable for next Spring, . Service was extra fast and professionally handled. I am thrilled 100% All my birds outside like all the color also,the neighbors think I am running a circus ,but who cares,keeps me shaded and dry. It arrived VERY quickly and in perfect condition too. Customer Rating: Summary: Strong, lightweight parachute Comment: This parachute material is a little thicker than traditional parachutes, but it works just as well and is less likely to tear when being walked over. Customer Rating: Summary: Perfect size for our family of 6 Comment: Parachutes are always fun. This one isn't as big as the one shown in the picture, but still big enough for our family of 6 (each person holds two handles, with a few left handles over). The colors are different too, but doesn't matter to us (green, yellow, red & black). There is also an open net in the middle to allow air to pass through, which I've read is helpful for games/play. There was some color-bleeding on the yellow, where the red & black were up against it in storage, but no big deal to us. Other than that it is fine and seems to be sewn together well. I wouldn't buy anything smaller than the 12 foot, it's a good size for our family and young kids, but if you have a larger group than 8, or older kids, I'd get a bigger one.
