Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: No Complaints Comment: Bought 5 of these for a whitewater race. It was wet and cold. There were no fumbles, lost times, or complaints from the timers (after 180 timed runs). The buttons are easy to use even with gloves, the display is easy to read, and there are not a lot of extraneous functions that can get confusing. Oh and they're waterproof. I'm not asking for more. Customer Rating: Summary: Hard to read instructions, couldn't use product Comment: I was happy when I received the stopwatch until I tried to use it. The instructions were on one small sheet of paper that three different people tried to follow to set the time and an alarm, to no avail. It now sits on a table waiting for the battery to run out or for my grandsons to visit because it shouldn't frustrate them to play with it, since they are 4 and 6 years old. My girlfriend and I go running every night, but with her going overseas for several months, she was looking for some sort of motivation to keep exercising. Not only does this stopwatch measure time, lap settings, and all the rest of that jazz, but it also keeps track of clock time. She laughed about my choice of gift but appreciated being able to tell and track the time.
