I would recommend this company to others and would use it again myself. I have found all ear pieces to be somewhat uncomfortable for prolonged use. This USB earpiece works better than the blue tooth that I had --- the reception is clear and very loud (much better than the cell phone itself of the previous blue tooth) on the other end, the people that I've called said it was loud and clear. I still use it because I cannot find another head set to fit my Motorola razor except the expensive blue tooth. I also do not like the way it fits in my ear. It is very uncomfortable.
