Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Not the One Comment: I bought this because we have well water & I thought that this may be one of the reasons my hair is so dry. This stuff is awful. It smells bad & when I used the shampoo and then rinsed it out, it made my hair feel like a haystack. After using the conditioner, it didn't make it too much better feeling. When drying my hair, I did not notice any difference in my hair's texture & it certainly didn't help make it soft, shiney or manageable. I will not be buying this again.
