Comment: Takes too long to load. Crashes like Evil Knevil. Won't work on your phone if you have two computers. Who needs these problems? Just forget about it.

Comment: Works as advertised. You will have to go to the vendor website to get upgrades depending on your cell phone model. There are some ringtones and graphics included on the CD with the software which was a pleasant suprise.

Comment: From now on I promise I will read the reviews before buying the advertisements... My new MA-8860C cable arrived about noon today. It is 10:30pm and still no data transfered. Okay, maybe it's me. It surely isn't my Motorola v300, my new Dell computer, or the fact that I've been working with computers for the past 15 years! I agree with the other reviewer who says spend a little extra and save! This product does not support Motorola v300.

Summary: A very unhappy non-user
Comment: I call myself a non-user because I cannot get the software to recognize that the handset (phone) is connected through the usb cable. I have spent countless hours installing, uninstalling then reinstalling this software and drivers. I have not been successful reaching tech support. At this point I have spent way more time than this is worth. To all readers of this review, spend a bit more money and get a quality product. Cheap is not always the best way to go. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Comment: I was able to download my videos and pictures and that was about it. I guess I have to reformat the pictures and videos in a different format, but I haven't figured that out yet. I guess I'll have to find some program that will help me in formating the pictures and videos.
