Neatly fill every cubic inch of closet space quickly with this easy-to-install custom closet organizer kit from Rubbermaid. The kit fits closet walls from 3 to 6 feet in length without cutting to fit. Smooth hang rails let hangers slide from end to end with no interruption. Summary: Excellent Product
Comment: The Rubbermaid closet organizer is an excellent engineered product. It is very easy to install once you figure out what design you want.
I did not follow completely the measurment shown in the manual. What I did is I did my own measurements.
Couple dislikes:
1- Make sure you have enough screws and you have all the required tools before you start putting the closet in. With my design I was short by one screw where I had to intterrupt my work and drive to Home depot.
2- I wish I can buy spare shelves (variety of sizes) with a resonable price. If I need one more shelf, than I have to buy another kit with specific shelf sizes (depending to what comes in the kit). Home depot does carry Rubbermaid shelves but different model (look). The kits shelves are better.
The closet now looks cleaner and well orgainized. If you need a closet organizer with a resonable price Rubbermaid is a good way to go.

Summary: Great kits!
Comment: These are awesome kits for the closet for sure. Some parts don't seem to stable at first but the system as a whole seems to be stable when put all together. The only thing is, if you have a larger closet, you kind of have to be 'creative' with your setup and the parts they include. They don't necessarily give you enough parts (racks or what not) to afford flexibility in the setup. For example, it would have been nice if they included four long racks as opposed to two. Or if they would have designed the shorter racks to extend for more than two, that would have been even better. Obviously this is their way to make the $$$ though.
I'm happy with mine though.

Summary: So easy a helpless female could do it.
Comment: So, I'm not the handiest or most self-sufficient woman and, after three months of using crappy plastic garment racks in my rod- and shelf-less walk-in closet, I ordered this kit and decided to hire someone to install it. But when local handymen started quoting me upwards of $200, I threw up my hands and decided to wing it.
Armed with my pink tool kit, my friend's drill and a fully charged iPod, I dedicated a Saturday to installing it. And it didn't even take the whole day. All told, I'd say it took about three hours.
The only complaints I have are about the instruction manual -- first of all, it says to install the support beams 86.5" off the ground. I did mine at 70" and it was perfect; in fact, the specified height would have been much too high. The manual really should say the minimum height, not specify it at the 86.5". Also, there are a few photo examples in the manual that are at too low of a resolution to tell what is being portrayed, which can create a little confusion.
All in all, though, this is an impressively designed closet kit for a very reasonable price. Recommended.

Summary: Organize anything
Comment: This is my 5th purchase of these shelving units. 3 bedrooms, a pantry, and the entry closet. The best part is how easy they are to install and how multi-functional they are. The only drawback is that they are always sold as 'closet' organizers so I have enough clothes rods to hang up 10 people's clothes.

Summary: Good Closet System
Comment: I needed to fit both of my boys in one room without all the furniture so I bought this based on the reviews and the price. So much cheaper then Home Depot and Lowes and comes with everything you could ask for. I was able to setup a two tier system for my boys and the setup only took about 1 hour or so. I highly recomend it. I plan on getting one a little bit larger for my master bedroom in the spring.
