Are you still charging your iPod from desktop or laptops? But now you can charge your iPod from power outlet with this charger adapter. Simply plug in your iPod USB cable with this adapter and start charging. Also an Intelligent IC chip inside recognizes a fully charged battery and automatically switches to a saver mode to prevent overcharging and short circuit.

Comment: Not much to say, as this product is very simple- it charges! And for that it works great. An indicator light lets you know it's charging. I used it for a sony x series walkman. It seems it works for any MP3 player. It's definitley worth your $4.00!

Summary: Inexpensive but useful IPod accessory
Comment: The quality of this unit is acceptable, but the usefulness is excellent. The price is even better than that! It works with both my IPod Nano and Shuffle. No need to fire up my computer anymore; just plug this unit into the wall and plug the IPod USB into this unit. There's even an LED to tell you that power is available. This is helpful if the outlet is on a switch and you're not sure of power is available or not. Overall well worth the low price...

Comment: I am an Apple addict. I have two macbooks, iphones, ipod and a shuffle. I will never understand how Apple can make such great products and then flake on chargers, earbuds, etc. When I received the shuffle as a gift I was thrilled with the size and the product in general; however, having to use a USB charger all the time quickly became irritating. I have two USB ports on my computer and between printers, speakers and external hard drives, the last thing I needed was one more product that not only used a USB port to charge, but REQUIRED it! This adapter is perfect! Again, people claimed they had problems with their shuffle frying after using this, but I have had no problems. This adapter came in a bundle package I purchased and I must say, I use this adapter the most! The price was also a huge factor in purchase. Anyone who has purchased adapters or any kind directly from Apple know how expensive they can be - this is a great product at a great price.

Comment: I've got no complaints at all with this charger, although I'm wary about leaving it plugged in for an extended length of time. I make sure that I disconnect as soon as I noticed the iPod is charged. But it's nice that it doesn't have a seperate cord.

Comment: I never needed a charger that plugged into the wall for my ipod before....until I had to go out of country and did not have access to a computer. This charger is excellent! I use it to charge my ipod at home now to for those occasions where I don't feel like turning my computer on. I'm very happy with my purchase.
