I have allergies and very sensitive eyes, and this mascara doesn't irritate at all. I usually wear the darkest brown mascara they make and it is really natural looking and beautiful. The mascara doesn't clump and stays on pretty much all day. It doesn't bother my eyes, even at the end of the day when I usually feel an itchiness at the corner of my eyes from other mascaras. The only drawback is that is doesn't have much wearing time in the heat. So if you live in a hot or humid climate, just buy the Clinique waterproof mascara which is also good and is truly waterproof. It's difficult to remove, though, so for everyday wear, the regular Clinique mascara is a better choice. Finally, I found Clinique High Impact and I won't use any other brand. I have contact lenses and sensitive eyes; this mascara is not a problem. Coverage is build-able and it truly does what it claims to do; thickens and lengthens and looks wonderful! I recently went through a lot of serious health problems, and the medications I take sometimes cause my lashes to become brittle and even fall out. Still, this mascara builds what I have so that it looks natural and gives me lashes I can still be proud of. I highly recommend this product; it is well worth the $14.00!
