Summary: Serious about quitting? have an ally
Comment: i smoked since I been 16, now I'm 26. I didn't smoke excessively probably averaged about 1 pack/week for 10 years, but still I couldn't quit. Using commit helped the with withdrawal headaches and cravings and now I'm nicotine free. If you're serious about quitting you probably need some help, don't go it alone, it's much harder. This works!

Summary: Vomit with the essence of cherry
Comment: We can make seedless watermelons and jelly beans that taste like buttered popcorn but we can't make a stop smoking aid that doesn't taste like vomit. I've tried them all: the gum, the lozenge, the patch, books, and everytime I ask myself why. Chewing tobacco tastes way better. Maybe this flavor is a non-smoker/non-chewer's poor interpretation of what it's like to enjoy tobacco. We can split atoms and can "almost" create man made black holes but this is what we have to offer in the stop smoking isle. Thanks.

Summary: PRICKLY MINT
Comment: Once this mint is in the mouth it feels like prickly sandpaper. It doesn't taste like any mint I've ever ingested, and it sticks to whatever part of the surface of your mouth it's laying on if you don't constantly move it around. To be frank, I'd rather swallow it and take my chances being digested as medication, rather than have to have this in my mouth of ANY length of time. Would definitely NOT recommend this product to anyone trying to stop smoking. There's got to be a better way than ingesting and having to endure prickly, irritating, awful tasting logenges like this just to stop smoking.

Comment: I actually stopped smoking 13 months ago with commit. I smoked for 30+ years. I quit once briefly with the patch and I've also tried the gum. Commit is not a cure all but it definitely works if you really want to quit. I found that the lozenges also reduce appetite. This product is the best I've found. Also if you have 4mg lozenges left, break them in half rather than buying the 2 mg. It worked for me.
