Summary: Top of the line
Comment: This disposer arrived within a few days. A plumber installed it for $100 and it worked like a champ. Based on previous disposers I've had, this was clearly the "waste king". Quiet, strong and fast, I'm guessing it would take an expensive commercial grade disposer to do any better. When I need another one, I'm going this route.

Summary: It's Good To Be The King
Comment: This waste disposer replaced a Kenmore that started leaking after 10yrs of use. Not bad I guess...
Pros: Lifetime warranty, a lot more quiet than the one it replaced, easy to install and eats like a goat. Oh, did I mention that this costs less than comparable units with a 10yr or less warranty. Yeah, they may have new and improved teeth that can chew up and spit out a car engine, but for what I allow down the drain, the Waste King is more than capable.
Cons: I would have liked to have had included in the box the option to hardwire the unit using the existing wiring. The unit comes with a 3 prong plug that you have to cut off in order to hardwire. Not a biggie, but it requires you to have to buy a strain relief to properly hardwire the unit. Again, the lifetime warranty far outweighs the inconvienance of having to buy $5 of extra hardware.
I recommended the same unit to a friend of mine who is also very happy with it.
BTW, just in case you're wondering, I installed the disposer in less than 2 hrs and that was taking my time. Your time may vary depending on how your plumbing aligns up with this unit. Mine was a half inch lower, which luckily, my plumbing allowed for the adjustment without having to redo everything.

Summary: Misled
Comment: I'm sure this a great product, although I was misled about the sink flange. It was to be stainless, it is chrome. I will have to order from after market company as Waste King does not have other colors for the EZ mount. The only one I can find to fit the Waste King disposal will cost almost as much as the disposal! Which brings up another issue, today five days after ordering the diposal Waste King direct lowers the price and yes, the flang does cost as much as the diposal.

Summary: Died after 15 months
Comment: The motor died after 15 months...I had bought a similar unit from Costco last year.
Really messy.
Irritating, loud clicking noise when the motor starts.
The thin metal ring on the top came off, because coffee grounds loged underneath after some time.
The unit is too heavy for the mechanism to screw it on.
The engine was too strong for the flimsy holders...but only until it died.
I went with a Sears Incinerator OEM with 5 years warranty in-home exchange instead.
Less power but much stronger built.
Don't waste your time with waste king products.

Comment: Shipping service excellent, Fast, Fast,Fast. It's hard to believe that the installation was fast and easy. I had my daughter boyfriend come and give me a hand cause I really thought I was going to have trouble installing the Waste King. From start to finish it took us 1hour clean up and all. (LOL I didn't need him at all .I read all review which were help full to. ***** five stars........Thank You
