Summary: Love this pillow!
Comment: This pillow is the answer to my neck problems! From night one I started to feel better. I have an occupational neck issue made worse by stress.
This pillow keeps me out of Dr.s offices...no kidding.

Summary: Good, but not quite as helpful as I thought.
Comment: The pillow arrived promptly and was just as I expected. However the support it gives to the neck did not prove as helpful as I had hoped. When I laid on my back, I thought it would support my neck and drop my head down a little further, so that my head was tipped more. As a result, it did not provide the relief to my neck that I had hoped to receive. It is good for side sleeping, but my neck muscles continue to ache at night when I lay down and first thing in the morning.
Generally a hot shower keeps me fine during the day, but I still have some discomfort at bedtime. I feel assured the neck aches are coming from working on the computer so much during the day. If that's your source of discomfort, I'd suggest exploring a variety of pillow types before getting this one. While I do think the price is reasonable, I'd like to see them build up the neck portion and lower the head area which I believe might bring greater sleeping comfort.

Comment: This is an awesome pillow. I have neck problems and most pillows (even the memory foam ones) keep my head up too high for my neck to be aligned right. The D-Core pillow is perfect. It has just the right softness and keeps my spine perfectly aligned. It also fits well in my allergy cover.

Summary: Finally, some relief!
Comment: I have serious neck problems and have not been able to wake up without a tight, aching neck in a long time. My Tempurpedic pillow didn't work for me (got too warm and lost support while I slept). The cervical neck roll was too big and too soft. This one is perfect and it comes in a smaller size for petite people. I'm 5' tall and it fits me perfectly. While I still feel discomfort in the part of my neck that is damaged, I don't feel the overall tightness I'm accustomed to, which is a huge improvement. I wake up feeling pretty good. I recommend this if the memory foam has not worked for you. Namaste.
