Summary: MUSIC TO MY EARS
Comment: I bought this for my 15 year old for her birthday. It needed to be restrung right away. Everything was included as promised. I do wish the carrying bag would not be included or a better quality one. Hers ripped the first time putting it on. It seems with other reviews that this is an issue. Thanks.

Summary: Great guitar
Comment: I was quite satisfied with this guitar. I did not get any picks and the zipper for my bag was broken, but that's not so bad, there are 2 zippers and it's still usable. The strap is for a guitar with 2 pegs and this guitar only had one. So I strung the hole with a shoelace and tied it to the guitar, it's good enough for me. (My friend got a similar strap, and there's nothing wrong tying it down.) The guitar is beautiful and has great, bright sound. They send you the top three strings (which is the bottom), since the bottom strings (which is the top) are thicker and don't break as easily.

Summary: It's the little things.........
Comment: While we were more than satisfied with the guitar ( we got what we paid for ) it was the little things that really annoyed us. First, the strap shown in the photo is not the strap that comes with the guitar. The strap that came was made for a guitar with two pegs - this guitar has one strap peg on the bottom making the strap that was sent totally useless. Second, the vinyl bag is very cheap and was torn along the zipper. Third, the photo shows 3 picks - only one is sent. Fourth, the photo would make you believe you are getting a second set of strings - you aren't. Only three strings are sent; the sixth, fifth and fourth. The guitar itself is more than adequate for a beginner ( it's made in China )and the reduced price is a great deal. I have contacted the seller with my concerns and will wait to pass judgement until I see if they resolve these issues.

Summary: Great Beginner Guitar!
Comment: This is a great starter guitar. One of the strings popped off when I was tuning it but they had sent extra strings with it so I was ok. It had a few paint chips/smudges on the soundhole design but I don't mind since it was so affordable! I love the black! And it came with everything it said it would except they gave me the wrong type of strap that has 2 holes and this guitar only has one peg(one hole on the strap) for the strap and then you put the other end of the strap on the top of neck. But it wasn't a big deal.

Summary: good starting guitar.
Comment: it's a pretty good guitar if you're a beginner. it came with all that it said it would. except that the strap is too short. and my bag is ripped when i got it. but the guitar was in good condition. although in the picture it has a white trim, mine didn't come with a white trim around the body. it was just straight black. but i don't mind much. it's still a good starter guitar.
