Customer Rating: Summary: Sucked. Wrong parts in package. Comment: The Carlton badminton recreational set did not come with any instructions. We had to look online to see that they shipped 4 bottom poles and 2 top poles (no middle poles), so we were unable to set it up. Especially sucked because we tried to set it up in the a.m. for a 2 p.m. same-day party. So there was no badminton that day. VERY unhappy.Carlton Badminton Recreational Set. Comment: My teenagers are now addicted to badminton. Obviously, at this price, this is not a professional set, but for a mere $25, I no longer have to encourage my kids to get outside on a nice day. I grew up in a country in which this was the number 1 sport, so I know a thing or two about these. The Carlton racquets are decent, and though not graphite shafts, are good for the casual games. The shuttlecocks are however garbage- a single one lasted all of 5 mins (no kidding) but this wasn't a big deal since I had my Yonex shuttlecocks to use. But do plan on getting more if you like a lively game. Considering we paid only 20++ dollars for this entire set, this was a bargain and has given us hours of fun.
