I really love Odwalla bars...not too much soy (thyroid poison), and this combo gives me the chocolate fix I sometimes need without being TOO chocolatey. (If you prefer a VERY chocolate taste...try Odwalla Chocowalla!) Not too sweet, calories are reasonable. NOT cardboardy at all. Pretty darn yummy! I love to dip them in non-fat organic plain yogurt (wink). Another good non-soy bar to try is the Larabar....the lemon bar is my favorite! Larabar Ginger Snap was OK but got old fast (sigh).
