Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: An all-natural solution for whey protein Comment: ON's all-natural 100% whey protein contains no artificial flavors or sweeteners, no preservatives; only the best ingredients and that's it. The mix is perfect in shakes or by itself and is the best way to finish a workout. My only woe is that it needs a really good mixing or you might get a few clumps (nothing a shaker can't fix). I also prefer the chocolate flavor over the strawberry, which gets a little bland after a while. Customer Rating: Summary: Good - not the best taste Comment: This is a great natural whey product. The chocolate is the best by far. I purchased some on Amazon and it was excellent. I then purchased some vanilla from GNC because I had a coupon and of course it was horrible. It tastes like old milk and will not dissolve in liquid. I'm suspicious that it was old but due to this I will never try the vanilla again. I will continue to purchase the chocolate from Amazon and only Amazon due to the price being the best you'll find and if you do the recurring purchase you get a great deal for a great whey. I have to tell you, beinga vegetarian most of the time, I never really had taken enough protein during my workouts. This explains how I managed to become very lean and lost a lot of weight instead of packing on the pounds.
