I was great because all you needed to do is push the button right on the cord to start the sync. The new cable to not have this feature but it still works. The big difference is that you have to now sync from the device or your computer. The AC and auto charger work just fine. For the price this was a great deal. That means that you must go to start, programs, Palm, and sync to make it work. Very inconvenient.
