It's absolutely amazing to me that before I would get a huge stomach ache throughout the day by just drinking one tall glass of milk, but that now I can drink up to a half gallon of milk without any side effects. I have eaten dairy, and lots of it, my entire life. I was extremely aggravated and distraught to find out I couldn't eat some of my favorite foods anymore.
