Customer Rating: Summary: New cordless phone Comment: We find this phone to be easy to use, lightweight, and we are able to hear voices clearly. It was easy to set up and doesn't take up a lot of room.
Customer Rating: Summary: I'm tired of the "No link to base" error messages Comment: What a total waste of money and time. This phone loses connection with its base even if the base is 12 inches from it. My set came with 3 phones. All 3 phones give me the same problem. Their connection with the bases seem to drift in and out. I've had many calls dropped because the phone just loses connection. What a terrible phone. I want my money back!
Customer Rating: Summary: horrible Comment: Do not buy - these phones lose link to base too often and the customer service is horrible - unless you like being tortured by not being able to answer a phone call because the unit you just picked up off the base loses its link to the base and becomes useless and if you love poor customer service - do not buy
Customer Rating: Summary: good phone Comment: This phone is as good as al of the previous reviews indicated. Main weakness, as noted in those reviews, is that the menu operation is not as straight-forward as it could be. Deleting caller ID entries requires several menu steps, although you can eventually find the "erase all" prompt, instead of having to go through several steps to delete each call.
Customer Rating: Summary: Works as Advertised - So Far Comment: We first ordered the KX-TG9332T from amazon and it was awful, constantly telling us to "Re-establish Link to Base." This phone, however, seems to work exactly as advertised. I guess that means it should receive top marks. It's just a phone, so I can't rave about it, but call quality, battery life, and ease of use are good. I haven't really tested the range but it works perfectly within the confines of my house.
