I am happy with it. Customer Rating: Summary: Works for Nokia 6820 - with a bit of effort Comment: Connects my old Nokia 6820 to my laptop. Just be aware that it emulates a COM port thru USB. Make sure you have the COM port set correctly in the Nokia PC Suite to match the virtual COM port assigned by the driver. This you can check in the Device Settings in the Control Panel. I need to set the COM port to COM16 every time I plug in the cable. In short, the product works - as long as you are willing to put in a bit of effort. For the price, good value. And it saves me from having to turn on the bluetooth - which is slower and drains the battery faster. Customer Rating: Summary: Not worth the trouble Comment: I have a 6102i and installed both the drivers for the cable and Nokia's software on XP computer. The software saw the cable when it was attached but never saw the phone. I tried to find updated drivers, but no luck. I called the store, who shipped a new cable. Same problem. Tried to uninstall drivers and use only Nokia's software. Still not luck. After having the phone tested, I've concluded the cable/driver is the problem. Guess you get what you pay for. The drivers they supplied didn't work and I downloaded many different drivers and none would work. What a headache, but still cheaper than getting screwed by AT&Ts file transfer rates.
