Customer Rating: Summary: Nice Shampoo and it is working Comment: I start lose my hair at age 30, and it become thinner... So I decide to give this shampoo a try to see if it can stop or reduce my hair loss.. Now after almost 50 days of usage I can tell that my hair now back to normal, i lose hair on a regular cycle, I followed up all instructions (use the shampoo 5 times/week) but i use it every day and with a regular conditioner.. Now I will order more from this shampoo and see what will happen...
Customer Rating: Summary: Excellent Product & Important Update from Propecia User Comment: I had been using Propecia for two months before trying this product to treat thinning hair and receding hairline (I'm in my mid twenties). At that time, it seemed that my hair loss was slowing down, but I was continuing to lose hair. At that time, I read several books and did extensive research to determine which other products I should use.
Based on my research, I choose Revita and I am very pleased. My hair has grown thicker and my hair stylist actually tried to thin my hair the last time I got a hair cut. Before, you could see my scalp, and now my hair is much thicker. Additionally, my receding hairline seems to have stopped receding. In my experience, the combination of Propecia and revita is an excellent choice. However, I'm not professional and not sure the combination will be effective for everyone, but I do reccomend to all my family and friends with hair loss issues. Additionally, I have long used high end shampoos and conditioners and find Revita to leave my hair very soft and strong. I am thrilled with the product and have had excellent results using Propecia and Revita together. Be sure to use as directed.
Customer Rating: Summary: Its Doing Something for sure! Comment: I have never believed in any of this stuff. We all know that 99% of what is being sold is a joke for desperate people trying to save some hair on there head. I am 44 yo, and I will begin by saying that I have been concerned about seeing hair lost each year that doesnt return, nowhere near bald but definitely losing hair at front hairline in last 5 years, and an overall thinning. I had just faced fact that at some point I would be shaving my head for the close cut which really is no big deal but most of us like having some hair on our head, but are not going to spend 10K for some ridiculous transplant-rug or other thing.
Bottomline, after about 3 weeks of use, there is hair growth that is faster and clearly differnet-noticeable. I dont see anything coming in on the areas where it is skin/no hair in the front. I dont use anything else with this and never have used anything. I think here soon I am going to test it and take the hair down to 1/4 inch scalp cut and then really see if there is a difference because sometimes it is deceiving when there is already an inch to 2 inches lenght of hair. I will repost later after 90 days.
Customer Rating: Summary: Use at your own Risk! Comment: I read all the great reviews on here and seeing how there's a variety of good reviews and that even the bad reviews weren't really bad, I tried it out. Packaging looks really good and the shampoo smells good. So far so good. I read the instructions and it seems like this is the miracle hair growth shampoo. So I use it exactly as directed and leave on my scalp for about 5 minutes, which creates a slight burning feeling, and a few days later I noticed what appeared to look like my scalp had been burned and a patch of hair was missing!
Suffice to say, I stopped using it and am now skeptical of all shampoos that claim to regrow hair. I'm going to stick with things that are FDA approved from now on.
Customer Rating: Summary: It's working for me Comment: After giving up on the HairPro laser hair treatment (two devices failed within a year of purchase, and results were indiscernible) I decided to give this shampoo a try after reading the reviews. I have been using it for about seven weeks and thought it was producing some results, then just today I got an independent validation from the woman who has cut my hair for the past couple of years: "It feels like you have more hair," she said. My issue was thinning hair and receding hairline into the "widow's peak" pattern -- not bald, but very noticeably thinning to make a V shape that would ultimately wind up as a forelock surrounded by a sea of skin. Within the first few days of using as directed, I noticed much less hair fall when drying my hair after my morning shower - some mornings none at all. Within a few weeks I could see a few short hairs sprouting into the thinning areas, and as more of them have emerged the thinning areas appear a bit darker. Not as much hair as elsewhere on my head, but better than it was, and it has only been seven weeks. I suspect this works differently for different people, and is probably most effective if used as soon as you notice the beginnings of a balding pattern. Just minimizing hair loss is a good thing, and growing some back is even better. It's pleasant to use and the directions for use fit my morning routine perfectly, so that is no problem. Also, the shampoo lathers generously with only a small amount (less than the diameter of a 25 cent piece in my palm). After seven weeks I'm just reaching the end of my first bottle, so at the end of the day it's not that much more expensive than a regular high-quality shampoo. I would say this is definitely worth a try for anyone who is thinning but still has some hair to preserve and it may well improve appearance and fullness.
