The goal posts don't stay connected and the goal doesn't sit level on the ground. Franklin Sports is unable/unwilling to replace parts. Franklin NHL Set of 2 Mini Hockey Goals Customer Rating: Summary: Cool Hockey Stuff Comment: I have a four year old and a one year old and they love this stuff. My four year old is working on his back hand shot and my one year old walks around with a hockey stick in both hands... The nets snap together and fold pretty easy... young children will need help closing them... they aren't the sturdiest... but for living room hockey they are very cool... It comes with plenty of sticks and balls, but the plastic pipes for the nets are not as good as the quality of an older Mylec net our son has. This is probably due to the folding feature, which makes the set great to take along with you in the included bag. Customer Rating: Summary: Better than I ever expected Comment: This product is just a great set. It was easily worth the money and yet was very reasonably priced to begin with. I'll start with the goals. They're light weight, but yet sturdy enough to hold up to a toddlers play style. They collapse down very easily into almost nothing and slide right into the nylon storage bag the set arrives in. There are 6 sticks that come with the set. 3 blue, 3 red. One of each color is the goalie stick and then there is a lefty and righty regular stick in each color. They're made of a very sturdy plastic that would be tough to break for a child (they'd have a better chance of breaking your other household goods). The set comes with 4 balls (two yellow and two red) that are made of a nerf-type foam. They are pretty light-weight, but still sturdy enough to be effective in a game of hockey. They're not "spongy" to the point where the stick crushes them into the ground and you fan on every shot. They're very solid quality. As you can see, I'd rate each component of this set highly on its own, so collectively it has to get a top rating from me. Everything fits nicely into the bag so everything can be kept together and compressed down into a very small space. Top notch! Customer Rating: Summary: Perfect for my little sports nut Comment: My 2 year old loves this. We have hardwood floors and he'll put on some slippery socks and we play hockey! Every thing breaks down and goes into the bag easily so it is easy to tote to the park, grammas or wherever he might be able to convince someone to play with him. He is even able to assemble the nets and break'em down himself. This is one of his most treasured possessions.
