Summary: Excellent design. Great product
Comment: We have had this humidifier for about a month and are very pleased. It is whisper quiet. Since it is ultrasonic there is no filter and that is fantastic! The humidity output control works perfectly: you can see the amount of vapor changing as the control is turned, from barely visible to high output. Running on a moderate output setting gives 10-12 hours between fills. Filling is easy and intuitive. We have had no leaks as some others have reported; following the instructions not to overtighten the lid seems to prevent the leaks. The adjustable dual output vents are great for directing the vapor where you want it. The option for either cold or warm vapor is also a nice feature; when the room is cool, the warm vapor helps stabilize the air temperature and make it much more comfortable. We love this thing. Of the three humidifiers we have owned this by far the best.

Comment: I like this enough that I bought a second one. Just wish it had a bigger tank as I'm refilling twice per day.

Summary: Wonderful until it broke
Comment: Worked perfectly, silent operation, longlasting water reservoir, thought we had found the perfect humidifier.....then after 3 weeks it just stopped working for no apparent reason. Returned for refund. Problem - do we get another one or a cheaper one?

Comment: This won't make it thru the night if it's dialed to max or even slightly below max. It works well, with a nice mist (I wouldn't say it gets warm though) and is simple in concept to refill. I have somehow broken my nails several times trying to unscrew the filter to fill and I even leave it loose. I put off refilling it each night because it frustrates me everytime.
