The Culinary Institute of America has come together with their Master Chef's to develop a line of exceptional kitchenware for the home chef. This 12"x17" coolign rack is a perfect example of the thoughtful details they have put into their product development, and because of that this piece won "Top Honors" in December of 2008 from one of the most well regarded kitchen magazines in the U.S. Sturdy construction, closely spaced wires, and the fact that this piece fits perfectly in a 1/2 sheet pan make this a must have for any kitchen.

Comment: if you want a cooling rack that is both designed well and will likely last the rest of your life, you've found it. i don't feel at all bad about paying a little extra money for a product that is so well made.

Comment: These are really stable with 3 sets of legs. They fit great in sheet pans and they are great to use as a cooling rack. The stainless steel makes them easy to clean and the fit nicely in the pans for storage or can be put together to store alone.

I just put it in the dishwasher. Let's see if it rusts. If I don't edit this review, the rack and my dishwasher get along with each other.
