It's like have a salt gel rub without any of the salt grit that you find other salt rubs. I use dead-sea salt products because I have four tough eczema patches on my body. Rubbing these types of products onto my skin in the shower helps relieve the itching and softens those rough calloused areas that I've been scratching at (even in my sleep) for years. It's only temporary, but it helps me get to sleep. I think for the normal skin person, this is a great product that will leave your skin smooth. I definitely recommend it. If only it were cheaper...I would buy more. I have many Ahava products, and my favorite so far is this, and the mineral body wash.
