Comment: Item was in perfect condition and performs the exact same as the more expensive ones. NOTE: I had to download a newer version of the included software to get it to work with my phone, you may have to too. Download is free, just something to be aware of if it doesn't work the first time. Other than that, this item was great! Thanks!

Summary: Exactly what I needed
Comment: I've purchased this item with a bit of caution, since I've read someone had a CD cracked as it arrived to them. Mine was fine however. The only problem I've ran into was the inability of the PC Studio software to identify my phone (A437). But I easily fixed it by downloading an update.
Hurray for custom tunes in my phone! :)

Summary: Bad service
Comment: Ok the cable was fine. The CD drive that came with it was ready for garbage, used, scratched and a big broken mark which obviously showed the cd was not gonna work...I could not install the software thanks to their service.
But truly thanks to one of the reviewers here which had mentioned about the Samsung PC Studio 3 which I though to give it a try. That way I reached to fix this mess.
