This proved to be difficult after a night of attempts I found the customer service # on the Motorola website. The next day I called my friends in India at Motorola (who were very helpful and pleasant) and they told me that the software I had was not the the correct version for my phone (although it should have been) so they emailed me the correct software and it worked fine from there. The phone tools 4 software did not load at all even with internet assistance. The accessories were worth the low purchace price so I decided to keep the purchase and attempt to get the software elsewhere. Customer Rating: Summary: Good Deal Comment: If you buy the car charger at walmart, Big K, or Target it costs more than buying this package. I know that some people complain about the software, but I did not have any problems loading it to my computer. I have Windows XP and it worked just fine. I was able to create a ringtone so clear my friend asked me where I got it and was shocked I made it myself. You can create backgrounds for your phone too. Customer Rating: Summary: Great bargain Comment: The combination back gives me a battery charger backup for the car; another house charger so that I can leave one in a travel bag; the USB cable for computer connection so that I can load my own wallpaper, ringtones, themes, and applications, and the clear cover was a freebee as far as I was concerned. The cover has already started to crack. But it does a decent job keeping fingerprints off the very markable V3 case.
