Comment: i play different styles of punk and this mic is just great to shout into. It looks professional and comes with everything you need (it even comes with clips to keep the cord parallel to the stand). On/Off Switch, detachable cable, mic clip, compressable stand, and a tripod base.

Comment: I got this for my 4 year old for Christmas.. My first complaint was I did not realize until after I received the item that I also need to purchase an amp for it to work. From the day he opened it at Christmas I have had problems getting it to work. It seemed to have a short in the connection between the cable and the microphone. If you pushed on the cord and held it a certain way it would work. Now 3 months later it does not work at all and it is too late to return for a refund. Not to mention I have an amp that has no use by itself. So much for a fun Christmas present.

Comment: This real mic works great for my 5-yr-old daughter for her "performances." So much sturdier and better than play mics (and cheaper!). I bought this and a small amp for her for Christmas, and it is perfect.

Summary: Nady Center Stage Microphone
Comment: The product is great quality and the kids love it. The only caveat for non-tech savvy folks like me is that the product information said "you just plug it in and it's ready to go". What I failed to understand was that I needed to plug it into an amp, which we did not have. We are lucky that our neighbors play in a band, so they had an old amp we could have. Also, we still have not figured out how to get the mic stand/tri-pod legs to stay in one position.

Summary: Big Hit for Christmas Gift
Comment: Christmas gift for grand-daughter who is into singing (at 7 years old). This was a big hit. Not being a toy microphone was the best. All the cousins took turns and performed for everyone. It does need an amplifier (which I also got). Shipping was quick and easy and item was packed well. Good company to work with.
