One works fine the other does not. I was planning to return but have not found time to do that yet. Customer Rating: Summary: BEWARE -- not the same as the photo! Comment: The item I received did not match the photograph. Based on the photograph, I believed I was getting a charger + data cable. What I received in the mail is *only* a data cable. The cable only had the data link connection but not the wider connector that also connects with the battery port. Customer Rating: Summary: Old Palm sync cable Comment: Thank God for Amazon dot com - I would never have been able to sync my old palm, they were in a legal case about faulty palms so I threw out all of my old cables or sent them to palm who never returned them. I guess I was able to get my broken Palm back it was a 650.
