Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: USB Data Cord for W385 Comment: The cord was as advertised. No problem with that. However, with the W385 phone, it doesn't work. You cannot download your pictures or data from this phone through the USB cord. I only found that out on a blog after I bought the cord and software.
