Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: glitches encountered Comment: This is my 2nd as the 1st unit after 4 days had all kinds of glitches as described in other reviews of this product.The problems not only affected the product but also my built in wifi was rendered useless, at least for a time.Installing and uninstalling,restarting,many multiple dozens of times,intense frustration bordering on panic as messages telling me internet explorer cannot display webpage.I have Vista and used all the suggestions in the reviews some without even trying as windows sometimes would install product automatically.The website [...] is Taiwan although in English along with the instuctions on the disk are to lost to me in translation. In the interim of exchanging product windows offered me a download of driver after 10days of non-use,I am totally baffled by this, but suspect maybe the hardware was to blame all along, as the antennae part looks cheap and flimsy.I give 5 stars even with the initial trouble cuz damn when it works its great.And if Belkin45f28e sees this I will pay you, just call kent johnson,i am in the phone book.I still use dial-up for banking etc but 54mps that this wifi gives.... it takes 10 seconds to download versus literally hours on dial-up hi-speed netzero.Case closed.
