So much better than a t-shirt over a swimsuit, rashguards can be worn in and out of the water. The lightweight yet dense weave dries quickly, breathes and keeps cool, yet blocks out harmful sun rays.
Designed to be worn over swim trunks, with boardshorts, or as casual wear, this rash tee is made of the same 6 oz. lycra as O'Neill's popular skins series of rash guards.
Though it still has the same 50+ UV Protection factor to protect you from harsh rays, it is sized so that if you choose your regular clothing size, it will have a little room to spare and not be skin-tight.
Fast-drying, odor-resistant, flat-loc stitched with breathable seams.

Comment: I was looking for a ladies' rash guard, but most of the ones I saw would only be flattering on a 16 year old. Well, I haven't been 16 for a while. So when I saw this t-shirt, I thought I'd give it a try. It's made of the same material as traditional rash guards, but with a more generous fit. The cut is like a t-shirt, and looks good on.

Comment: I bought this rashguard tee for my husband. He loves it! It fits perfectly and he doesn't have to worry about burning. We recently used it when we spent all day at a waterpark and he didn't burn at all. It is lightweight and the perfect complement to a pair of boardshorts!

Summary: Better than a T or a Surf Shirt
Comment: Loved this rash guard. It's better than a T-shirt because of the UV protection without having to put on sunscreen. Not sure of the SPF but can wear it all day without having to put on sunscreen. Rated it a 5 because of the fit. My husband has a little belly but because this fits like a loose T-shirt not a body-hugging surf shirt he does not look ridiculous in it. After having this for a month, bought a second one to have for next year.
