Summary: Best bang for the buck
Comment: I've been using this on the dash of a Mazda5. I used it all the way from the Great Lakes to central Florida, through the West Virgina mountains, and it never budged. Well, except when I pulled it of the dash and slid both it and my GPS under the passengers seat. After using the windshield mount on my old Garmin on the windshield, I find this to be far superior. You just attach the windshield mount to the glass-like surface of this disk and gravity/friction do the rest. I'd buy it again. Especially over more expensive contraptions that may or mey not do a better job.

Comment: Works great in my HHR but find that the adjustable windshield arm that came with my Magellan 3250 is all I really need. I do find that the friction pad does work better than the supplied arm in my wifes KIA Sedona with the long dash.

Summary: Great for switching cars
Comment: We use it in both of our vehicles at different times. It is easy to move and I can take it anywhere I go. Thje suction cup platform is very stable. This is a good product and when bought from Amazon as a package with my TomTom a great value. I would suggest this for anyone with two vehicles and 1 TomTom.

Comment: There are some similar products, but I have nothing than this one for the purpose.
Therefore the following comment is not comparison with other competitive product.
My wide type GPS was hold on the dash board firmly without problem, but its bottom rubber left some sluges on the dash board and it was observed some rubers of the surface lost, which may result shorter life of the priduct.

Summary: Great idea, it's perfect!
Comment: I love this thing! It eliminates all those obvious rings on the windshield that tells the world I have a GPS onboard. And it really does stay put on the dash. Best part was, I got a great price on this item... way cheaper than the one I priced at Walmart. I highly recommend this Dash Pad to everyone with a GPS.
